12-week programs
- Walk/Jog/Run – 5km (to help those that are starting out)
- Individualised programs for distances/races between 5km and 15km
18-week program
- This option is available for those runners that wish to participate in half marathon (21.1km)
24-week program
- This option is for those that wish to participate in a full marathon (42.2km) and beyond (anything longer than 42.2km).
Included in your online coaching package:
An individualised, structured, realistic but challenging training program that sets out your training week by week and day by day. Each session will be given in detail, with distance, time, pace, heart rate, effort and rest, where applicable.
The ability to contact the RunBuddy coaches at anytime via email to help keep you on track and motivated, answer any questions you might have about your program, or to adjust your program due to changes in circumstance or unexpected injury or illness.
Discounted Race Day Support from the one of the coaches, if you decide you would like a RunBuddy coach to help pace you through your goal race (please see the Race Day Support tab for more information about this service)
