The runbuddy running group has been designed to help runners achieve their goals under the watchful eyes of the runbuddy coaches. All session are designed to suit the needs and goals of the runners attending. However, there is always a group that is aimed at beginners or interstate runners that just want to have a structured run in the sporting capital.
The runbuddy team is very friendly and encouraging, with the sessions feeling like it is a group of friends catching up for a social gathering rather than a group of runners meeting for a serious training session. That’s not to say that we don’t take our running seriously or we don’t get good results, which we do! The runbuddy coaches use good science and training methods to get the best out of everyone who comes to running group regardless of your ability.
Many runners come to the runbuddy running group who have struggled at the 5km and 10km distances and now 3-4 years later are fronting up for half and full Marathons, and many who have achieved times in their chosen distances that they never thought possible. This gives the coaches at runbuddy infinitely more pleasure than anything we have achieved with our own running over the years.

Interstate Race:
The runbuddy team also has an annual trip to an interstate race, which we have done for the last 4 years. At the annual trip we pick one race to train for and then head up to, enjoying each other’s results and celebrating as a group following the race. In the past years we have done both the Gold Coast Half Marathon and Full Marathon and the City to Surf 14km race in Sydney. On the race calender for 2009 is The City to Surf 14km run from the CBD in Sydney to Bondi Beach, held in August 2009.For those that are just after a quality weekend away, put August the 9th into your diary as the runbuddy team is heading to Sydney for the City to Surf.

Your current web browser must be updated to version 7 of Internet Explorer (IE7) to take advantage of all of template's capabilities.
Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser.
The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
